We keep things simple by charging a flat rshipping fee of $12.99* for Standard 8-30 day shipping for orders under $99 , If you want your products to arrive quickly, you will pay $20.99*, and shipping is FREE on most orders over $99.

Cancellation, return and damage

Q-Can I change or cancel my order?

We at Kessers strive to help you get your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, once the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it will be shipped immediately. This means that we can only "capture" your order within a short period of time, and then we can actually pick, pack, and set aside for shipment. And We will determine the shipping cost according to your order volume and delivery address. 

Please send an email to [email protected]  as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancel" and your full name and order number. We will let you know what we can do. 

Q-What is your return policy?

Sorry you are not satisfied with our products. Just send an email to [email protected]  within 30 days after your parcel is delivered , and include your order number, product name and the reason that is not suitable for you, and we will solve your problem

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping/processing fee, and we do not provide any product exchange services. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and we reserve the right to charge purchase fees for all return orders. 

Once your order is returned due to incorrect shipping address or any other error of yours, if the order is resent or refunded, we will charge you the shipping cost

Q-Can I change the product?

Q-One of the items in my order was damaged in transit, what do I do?

Q-How long will it take to receive the refund?

You should receive your refund within 4 weeks after we receive your returned item, but in many cases, you will receive the refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time (5 to 10 working days) when we receive your return, the time required to process your return after we receive the return (3 to 5 working days), and your bank receives you The time required to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days) for the return of the product.

Q-What if my package is lost?

In rare cases, the package is deemed lost, and  if shipping insurance is purchased at checkout, the buyer will always get a full refund. If the package is not delivered within 60 days, the package is deemed lost. In this case, you must contact us within 30 days so that we can re-ship or refund your order.

TARIFF
